Brussels will kick off European Pride season May 20 with Belgian & European Pride, which is expected to draw some 150,000 people to the parade. The event, the theme of which this year will be Protect the Protest, will put the LGBTQ community in the spotlight by decorating the streets of Brussels in rainbow colors.

Pride Village will welcome about a hundred partners, associations and artists who will perform on several stages throughout the city center.

The Rainbow Village and the LGBTQ establishments of the Saint-Jacques district in the heart of the capital will be partnering the inclusive event.
