With a farmhouse vibe and the lifestyle icon's favorite French-inspired recipes, the Bedford by Martha Stewart is open at Paris Las Vegas. The restaurant is a first for Stewart.

A hanging display of bright copper pans adorn the view of the Bedford's open kitchen, which prepares entrees such as whole roast herb chicken carved tableside. Martha's Smashed Baked Potato, also finished tableside, is served with creme fraiche, chives and bacon lardons or golden ostera caviar.

Appetizers include a classic nicoise salad, made with olive oil-packed tuna, French green beans, vermouth-dressed potatoes and hard-cooked egg and topped with an anchovy vinaigrette.

The upside-down lemon meringue pie -- with a crisp meringue crust, tart lemon filling and a whipped cream topping -- highlights the dessert menu.

Signature cocktails include the Martha-tini, made with Zubrowka bison grass vodka, dry vermouth and a lemon twist; and the Frozen Pomegranate Martha-rita, created with Casa Dragones Blanco tequila, Cointreau, pomegranate juice and a salt and sugar rim.

White marble counters, stainless steel appliances and gray wood cabinets adorn the space. The 194-seat Bedford reflects her 1925 country farmhouse and includes a replica of her dining room.

"We have worked tirelessly to bring my farmhouse in Bedford, N.Y., to life in Las Vegas, and I think visitors will be enchanted by what we have come up with," Stewart said. "These are the same dishes that I serve to family and friends in my own home."

The Bedford by Martha Stewart, open for dinner from 5 to 10:30 p.m. daily, is near Nobu and across from Bobby's Burgers by Bobby Flay at Paris Las Vegas. Reservations can be booked online.
