Omni Hotels & Resorts has opened its golf-centric Omni PGA Frisco Resort, created in partnership with the Professional Golfers' Association of America.
Spanning 660 acres in Frisco, Texas, the Omni is located adjacent to the PGA's new headquarters and will serve as "a beacon for PGA major championship golf, instruction and play for golfers of all abilities," Omni said.
The property features two championship golf courses: the 18-hole, par-72 Fields Ranch East designed by Gil Hanse and the 18-hole, par-72 Fields Ranch West designed by Beau Welling.
A 10-hole short course called The Swing and the resort's two-acre putting course, known as The Dance Floor, are available to guests looking for more casual play.
Rounding out the resort's golf facilities are a Lounge by Topgolf outpost, which offers Topgolf's signature simulated gaming experiences and a PGA Coaching Center, providing personalized access to coaching, club fitting and fitness programming for golfers at all levels.
In addition to 500 guestrooms and 10 four-bedroom ranch houses, the Omni PGA Frisco Resort is home to 13 restaurant and bar concepts, including all-day restaurant The Apron Kitchen + Bar, The Lookout lobby bar, the Toast & Tee coffee shop and a communal beer garden called Ice House.
Other resort amenities include four pools, a Mokara Spa, retail and entertainment areas and nearly 130,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space.
Rates at the Omni PGA Frisco Resort start at $305 per night.
