Vail Resorts has placed its 2023-24 Epic Pass products on sale.

The full Epic Pass, offering unlimited access to 42 ski areas, has a launch price of $909, up from the opening price of $841 for this year's pass.

The Epic Local Pass, offering unlimited access to 29 U.S. resorts -- as well as restricted or limited access to high profile resorts such as Vail Mountain, Whistler Blackcomb and Park City -- costs $676, up $50 from last year's lowest price.

For Epic Day Passes, skiers can choose between three price points. For $86 daily, the Epic Day Pass will offer access to all Vail ski areas. A second price point of $66 per day offers access to 32 ski areas. Skiers can also choose the $41 per day pass, which further restricts access, featuring 22 resorts.

Vail's commissionable products, including the Epic Pass, are sold through its travel trade portal.

The company has several on-mountain projects in the works for the coming ski season. New lift openings are planned at Breckenridge in Colorado, Whistler Blackcomb, Stevens Pass in Washington and Attitash in New Hampshire.

In addition, a new lift at Keystone in Colorado, which was delayed from this year, will open 555 new high-altitude acres.
