The Bellagio Resort & Casino's Spa Tower is getting a $110 million face-lift.

As part of the project, all accommodations within the Las Vegas property's Spa Tower, which comprises 819 guest rooms and 104 suites, will receive updates. The first wave of refreshed rooms will be available for bookings by early July, with all renovations expected to be completed in October.

The revamped rooms and suites are set to showcase a contemporary, northern Italian-inspired design aesthetic, outfitted with elements like handmade Italian light fixtures, curvilinear headboards, sofas, benches and chairs and white marble surfaces. In addition to neutral-hued walls, accommodations will feature pops of garnet, indigo, deep pink, pale rose and peacock blue, among other colors.

The renovation follows the Bellagio's recent remodel of more than 2,500 guestrooms in its main Bellagio Tower.

Next year, the resort plans to embark on a redesign of the Bellagio Tower's approximately 400 suites.

The Bellagio is part of the MGM Resorts portfolio.
